Had to share. (Language warning!)

  1. He has some great historical points that nobody else talks about.

Not how communism ends in genocide every time. That’s well known.

But the bit about Karl Marx being buried in a private cemetery in England, because he was exiled from his own country as they fell into communism and England — a bastion of capitalism — was one of the few places you could go and BE a communist without facing the fallout and results of communism.

The implication that Marx himself didn’t want to die and be buried and forgotten like millions of nameless peasants in his own nation is probably true, as well. IOW, the literal founder of communism wasn’t a true believer in it; he held himself exempt from the very policies he created and would force on everyone else.

The whole system is built on hypocrisy from the very beginning.

  2. I use the “kitchen pantry” exercise to humble people who like the idea of communism. To make the point that profits, and therefore private property, are needed, I ask them to predict their kitchen pantry (food and ancillaries like spices) needs for one year. They would get those items they listed but could not buy anything more for that year. When they admit that is unlikely if not impossible, to achieve, I ask them how an entire economy could be made to work like that. And if some people don’t want to abide by this recipe for disaster, how will your communist oligarchy ensure compliance with the Five Year Plan? Violence, of course. Which is why communism kills so many people.

  3. After spending her last years as a high-level electronics tech on the Space Shuttles, Sweet Little Wife left retirement to volunteer for group that provided health care for people that otherwise couldn’t get it. SLW knew nothing about the medical side but could run a computer (and troubleshoot problems) better than anyone there. These were not just MDs but RNs, high-level RNs, PAs, and more.

She said she heard, “they just didn’t do communism right” more times there than in her prior entire 40+ year career. What I want to see someone ask Bernie or AOC or that Madmani guy in NYC, “so you think you’re the smartest person in world history? You can make communism work while nobody anywhere else ever can?”

If Fat Electrician didn’t use his favorite gerund several times per sentence, instead of being 5-1/2 minutes long, that video would have been around 3 minutes long.
